Configuration of important parts of accessory products
1. Hydraulic system: two-way hydraulic lock is used on the rotary oil road to achieve two-way hydraulic self-lock to ensure the safety of work, and the hydraulic control check valve is added on each cylinder to achieve long-term pressure holding. Motors, valves and seals are imported from original products; High pressure hose adopts high performance hose with conical seal.
2, structural parts: slewing bearing with large modulus slewing bearing, its bearing capacity is stronger; The worm gear adopts involute gear, which can not only improve efficiency, reduce heat loss, but also realize self-locking function.
3, mechanical properties: 360° rotation can be achieved, the clamp arm is thinner and narrower, the root of the clamp arm adopts high strength steel castings, enhance the ability to resist the impact of load.
4. Scope of application: it is suitable for all kinds of papermaking, packaging, printing and other industries, carrying and stacking all kinds of paper rolls with high efficiency and no damage.
